Rabbi Alan Goldberg's Obituary
Alan Goldberg, 89, of Port Richey, died on December 14, 2023. He was born in Manchester, England on February 6, 1934, to the late Woolfe and Sylvia Goldberg. He served as the Rabbi of Congregation Beth Tefillah at the Jewish Community Center of West Pasco for over two decades. Alan previously worked in real estate and life insurance in Canada, then relocated to Key West, Florida with his late wife Sandra, where he worked as a branch manager/sales for Time Warner Cable Company, prior to settling permanently in Pasco County. He was an active Rover and Scout Leader from the 1960s forward and was an active member of the Masons and Shriners for years. Alan is survived by his four children, Jonaton and Ronda, both residing in Israel, Mandy, residing in Toronto, Canada, and Howard, residing in Land O'Lakes, Florida, as well as his eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
