I have not met Eugene but I have the priviledge of knowing his family. I have learned of a resourceful hard working immigrant who did the best he could do with limited tools to raise a family in his new country. His strength shines in his daughter Alicia and through her and the rest of his family that spirit will live on, i wish you all the blessings of togetherness in this time and send my love
