“My family and I had a very difficult time with the unexpected loss of my uncle. All the people at Trinity, especially Alejandra and Suzanne, were incredibly helpful. They coordinated smoothly with hospice at St Joseph’s for all the logistics. Everyone had the utmost respect and care towards us and I’m sure that my uncle’s body was treated with dignity and respect. The ceremony was beautiful and exactly how we wanted it, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a warm and peaceful service. The cemetery is beautiful and full of peace, and the service at the burial site was also profoundly special and caring. Even though I hope no one has to go through the loss of a loved one, I’d highly recommend Trinity Memorial Gardens and their support to go through such a difficult time.”

“Trinity Memorial Gardens, namely Suzanne Barlow and Jenny Perea, were very caring and compassionate during one of the most difficult times in my life. They kept me informed throughout the process helping to minimize the stress level of losing a loved one. Their professionalism and graciousness went above and beyond my expectations. The Candlelight Service "In Loving Remembrance " was so heartwarming and touching . Should you have the unfortunate need to make arrangements, they will provide seamless and compassionate services.”

“My mom died in an accident in Dakar, Senegal seven months ago yesterday. A few days after her death, my dad and I hopped on a Zoom call from Dakar with Alejandra and Suzanne after a recommendation from a friend, and they were so kind, supportive, and responsive with my dad's wishes to bring my mom's body back to FL and have her buried there. During the meeting, Alejandra drove her iPad out onto the gardens to show us around virtually, and we picked a spot soon after. Suzanne and Alejandra expertly coordinated with the funeral home in Dakar to pick up Mom's body when it arrived in Miami. When we got back to FL, Alejandra helped us pick out and design a gravestone, and Suzanne helped us plan the small funeral service for close friends right in the small chapel. Alvin drove us around and eventually helped us find the perfect plot. Scottie and Krystal helped prepare my mom's body so that she was beautifully presentable for an open casket. Suzanne and Alejandra were extremely communicative via text and email every step of the way. This was our first time going through this entire process, and we were so glad we went through it with the amazing team at Trinity Memorial.”

“Memorial Gardens provided our family with extraordinary care during one of the most difficult moments of our lives—the loss of my father, the center of our family, veteran, and hero. From the very beginning, it was clear that dignity, compassion, and humanity are at the center of everything they do. Our funeral director, Suzanne Barlow, was simply human - when humanity was what we needed most. She was kind, patient, and deeply supportive, spending hours with my mother to ensure every decision felt right and never rushed. Suzanne checked in on my mom consistently, offering guidance, reassurance and care in moments that mattered … including being present and supportive while my mother chose to sit in the chapel during cremation. That level of compassion is something our family will never forget. End-of-life care is sacred. It is the moment when families need professionals to lean in, listen, and truly connect - and Memorial Gardens did exactly that. They honored my father with the respect he deserved, including coordinating for a beautiful service with full military honors. We were also appreciative of the memorial page they help create on their website, allowing us to share his obituary and legacy in a meaningful and lasting way. We are profoundly grateful to Memorial Gardens and to Suzanne for treating my father—and our family—with such care, respect, love and grace.”
