“I sadly had a stillbirth and one of the unfortunate things we had to do was figure out what we wanted to do with our baby’s remains. We called quite a few places and many were expensive and we didn’t feel comfortable with who we talked to. My husband called this place and talked with Suzanne and she was the first person who didn’t sound like a robot on the phone. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We felt immediately comfortable choosing this place to take care of our baby and help us put her to rest. The process was easy and fairly quick. Ryan helped us along with Suzanne; he saw we had our toddler with us and with all the paperwork to be filled out and finished, he gave us a tour of the grounds and explained everything in great detail to pass some time while we waited for the paperwork to be processed. Thank you so much Trinity Memorial for being so kind and helpful. (And thank you so much for having discounts for infants, seeing as they are quite small.) And thank you again Suzanne! She checked in with us after completing our process and it was so thoughtful and made us feel seen.”
