“My sister was cremated at Trinity Memorial Gardens/Trinity FL in September, 2025. This process went very smoothly and all options were explained to us. My niece was offered the opportunity to purchase a piece of jewelry which would contain some of her mother's ashes, and the necklace that she purchased had a very beautiful colorful stone, which included the ashes. Live streaming of the service in the chapel was offered to us and that streaming was available online for months afterward, for those friends and family who could not attend. In April of 2026, I was trying to arrange an unveiling/memorial service for my sister for the summer of 2026. Bill Popovski/ Trinity Memorial Gardens contacted me and explained to me the process for the unveiling, and requested I call him the week before the unveiling so that he could have the gravesite prepared. I called Bill the week before, and as soon as I said my name, he remembered the exact reason I was calling, and what I had requested. When the family arrived at the gravesite, there was a very nice white cloth covering the footstone, as Bill had promised. Bill was so very kind and thoughtful, there were chairs placed around the footstone so that we could say our prayers and share our memories without having to stand for 45 minutes! We also had the shade of a large tree. Bill Popovski did such an outstanding job in his understanding and empathy for our loss. He was so very considerate and attentive to our needs. The unveiling will be a source of wonderful memories for our family for many, many years. THANK YOU BILL !”
