If you were lucky enough to meet Desean, you were immediately greeted by his incredible warmth and radiant smile. He was the genuine article — curious, funny, a great conversationalist, and a good listener; and when we spoke, I can recall him always speaking lovingly of his family and of how proud he was of them.
Desean was a good man with a warm heart and a generous spirit. He will be deeply missed. I am proud to say I knew him, and I am so very saddened for his family. My sincerest condolences go out to all of his loved ones and friends.
He carried himself with quiet strength and grace, always astute and thoughtful at work. What I’ll remember most is the joy on his face whenever he spoke about taking his children to soccer and their activities — he was a truly devoted father. His presence will be deeply missed.
