As her then about-to-be sister-in-law, I was her young bridesmaid with no idea how to even BE a bridesmaid, but we all looked so nice in our lovely dresses at the time. In turn, she became my Matron of Honour when I married Fred 10 years later. I adored Maria then (whom I called MJ) as my adopted big sister. She later brought me into the LawFirm where I spent 11+ years and learned so much. We bowled together and spent so many happy times with our respective cats and sharing coffee on Sundays with her Mom and my brother, her husband John. I'll forever cherish our very last phone conversation a couple of weeks ago which tied up some much-needed loose ends and cemented our relationship forever. I love you, MJ and will miss you so much.
