My sister Joyce. Now let me go back to when we were kids. When we played church, Joyce was the preacher, when we played school, Joyce was the teacher, and when we played library, Joyce was the head librarian.
Joyce was a beautiful girl, with natural curly hair and full of spunk. Could sing the Star Spangled Banner word for word @ 3 years old, as well as many other songs.
Joyce was one of the most naturally gifted people I have ever known. Played the piano and the key board by sound, not sure if Joyce read music, and she could learn anything by reading the instructions, something I never mastered, and in addition Joyce could cook some of the most amazing foods without a recipe, just knowing what spices worked.
Joyce would make Jeanette's clothes when she was a little girl, and could knit any pattern, or make her own pattern.
Hope Joyce knew how much I loved and admired her.
